涼しさを呼ぶ夏の和菓子 [心象]
和菓子にも涼しさを呼ぶ夏向けのものがある
水羊羹、くず桜、あじさい、･ ･ ･
でも 今年は別のものにはまってしまった
京菓子司 「 仙太郎 」 が夏季限定で販売している
” 牽牛織女 二ツ星 ” と言う和菓子
今日も外出の帰りに買ってしまった
冷蔵庫に入れて冷やしてから頂くことにした
黒い方は、黒糖の飴の玉に寒天でくるんで上に柑橘系のゼリー
もう一つは、抹茶の飴の玉にワインゼリー
抹茶の飴の玉の方から食した
とても上品な味である
笹の器とともに涼風感がある
甘党であれば全く問題のない大きさ･量
もう一つも頂いてしまった
残った笹の器も
小さい頃にした笹舟の水遊びにも使えそう
最後に温かい抹茶を頂いた
冷たくなくても、とても さっぱりすっきり 美味しかった
辛党の人には難しい和菓子かな
